Step 1 | Consultation
We take the time to ask the hard questions at this stage and intently listen to your answers.
It’s important that you communicate your brief to us, your challenges and expectations, timescale and budget at this stage of the process.
In turn we will raise any potential issues we foresee and let you know if it is immediately obvious that you will require specialist contractors. We will also let you know if there are any ways to optimise your budget.
Step 2 | Concept Scheme
At this stage we pull together all the knowledge we’ve acquired during the brief stage into a visual presentation. The presentation is a collection of images that we feel represent you and the space you want to live in. We take into account all the answers to the questions we have asked, how you want to use the space and it’s necessary functions.
We undertake room measurements or use architects plans and explore initial layouts to identity the best use of your floor plan.
Furthermore, we’ll present different ideas to show you what’s possible and take the feedback you provide into the next stage.
Step 3 | Design & Sample presentation
This is the stage where everything comes together. From lighting and electrical plans to furniture and accessories. Every detail of your space is planned and coordinated in order to create a space that looks fantastic and functions well.
If you have an architect for a larger project we will work alongside them and any other specialists to ensure that the design is able to be implemented seamlessly.
We work with specialist makers, where necessary, to finalise details of bespoke items, produce final floor plans and provide you with a full budget list.
This is one of the most enjoyable parts of the process when we present you with all samples for your approval, where clients often love to touch & feel the surface finishes.
Step 4 | Installation
We have our own team of builders, decorators, plasterers, wallpapering artisans, plumbers, tilers, electricians which means we can control quality output. In design 50% is the idea the other 50% is execution - knowing your subcontractor output is as important as the design ideas. Having said that, if you have a preference of a particular supplier we will be more than happy to work with them, but we do have a list of trusted suppliers that we can recommend for quality and customer service.
